What is Bidnamic pricing based on?

We calculate a fixed monthly fee based on a number of variants including ad spend, total number of SKUs, the number of regions our bid management will cover, and the number of services we will provide.

What's included in the Bidnamic service?

Bidnamic combines machine learning with human support. Alongside 24/7 bid management, our clients have dedicated Client Success Managers and Data Analysts, scheduling weekly calls to feedback performance and opportunities to further optimise your ecommerce set-up.

Does Bidnamic charge additional fees?

The fee agreed upon in your contract is a fixed fee for your Google Shopping bid management only. However, if changes in your Google Shopping strategy mean you require additional Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts, this may incur additional fees. Our Client Success Managers will always discuss any changes with clients, and additional fees are never added without prior agreement with the client. If you choose us to manage additional services like managing your Bing Ads or providing a CSS, this will also involve additional fees. Just like our pay structure for Google Shopping bid management, this is a fixed monthly fee.

Does Bidnamic charge a set-up fee?

Bidnamic has an exhaustive and thorough onboarding procedure but doesn't charge a set-up fee.
